HOW TO SET A GOAL
First think about your desired end result
Example: I want to lost 20 lbs
Next, determine the date you want to achieve the goal
Example: June 2022
Now calculate
Determine the amount of weeks between the due date and the current date. Next, divide the number of pounds you want to lose by the number of weeks between your two dates, to determine your weekly goal.
