Throughout our time together, you will develop the tools and confidence to take action. My way of coaching is to empower you in becoming the person you desire to be. You are unique and so your experience should be too. I don’t follow a template, or ‘one size fits all’. We start where you are and we work towards your goals. If you have come to a place in your life where you feel you have become stagnant and on a constant cycle of “I’ll start next week”, then you have arrived at the right place!
Whether you are in the beginning stages of executing an aspiration, or you have an idea that you want to bring to fruition; we can work together to create a winning plan to help you arrive at your destination. No longer will the dreams you have labeled unattainable, continue sitting on the sideline in the shadows of life obligations. Life responsibilities and life aspirations do not have to be mutually exclusive, you can achieve your dreams and be successful in life all at the same time!
Working with me will give you a unique perspective and a practical guide on what it really means to “get it done”. By nature I am meticulous and have a passion to help see others grow. I am constantly looking for an opportunity to impact everyone around me both personally and professionally. With a Masters in Project Management, I have an innate ability for helping people create a plan and achieve their end result. I believe that there is enough “shine” in this world for everyone to have their own and it still be enough left over for someone else.

Desiree, has been an inspiration to me in some of the simplest ways from how she governs her finances to the way she lives her life. She has a knack for balance. She works hard but she also plays hard. She doesn't forget about herself. She is super supportive and encouraging. I also admire how she surrounds herself with other strong women. Those who may be where she is but more importantly with women who are where she desires to be.
Desiree is authentic and raw which is rare nowadays, however, she is true to herself and those around her. She is a goal-setter and a go-getter who is determined to become the best version of herself. She is always in student mode, which makes her better in every way. If she does not know, she is humble enough to put herself in the atmosphere to learn it.
I admire her smarts, wit, sense of humor and honesty. Anyone who comes into her presence and stays for just a little while will experience a positive impact in their lives.

I had an honor to have known Desiree for 10+ years. Through the years, I was able to see her achieve her life goals, to fulfill her passions, and mentally challenge herself to greater heights. Little does she know, as I watched her through the years, she encouraged me feel secure and find my independence again. It gave me strength and hope to know all things are possible.

Desiree sparked in me a need to see the world. I am so impressed with the places she’s traveled and by herself. Her pictures were beautiful and inspiring. For my 20th wedding anniversary I wanted to do it big and go to Europe. Desiree answered my numerous questions about packing, currency, chargers you name it. She was the first person I told when I booked my trip. Thanks to her sharing her love of traveling, I was able to have an epic treat to Italy.
